Kaia - 4 Week Behavior Modification Program

It has almost officially been a week since the turnover and getting my girl Kaia back. Handing her off for 4 weeks was not something I personally thought I would ever do, but after spending 3 months with other methods of training I knew she needed extra attention. She could not settle herself unless in the crate and I was constantly covered in bruises head to toe - while all friendly and play, her biting was out of control and we could not make it through a 15 minute walk without her hyper fixating on biting my feet.

I first had a long call with Jake who spent the time to educate me on their process and style of training. He also took the time to give me advice on her current behaviors so that i could begin to adjust my conditioned way of thinking. He also suggested sending along any videos of her behaviors prior is a huge help to prepare.

While away, Jake sent along photos, videos and updates daily - there is no denying that these dogs are so well taken care of and loved. They spend adequate time just giving affection to earn the dogs trust before getting into the nitty gritty (but still fun!) working. I cannot praise Jake as a trainer more than I already have, he is so knowledgable on each aspect of training and continues to research new methods as well. Thank you for bringing Kaia back with this new found confidence, while ensuring she did not lose her spunk!
